Dealing with a Health and Safety Inspector

Navigating Health and Safety Inspections

Employers often face uncertainty when health and safety inspectors visit workplaces. The Occupational Health & Safety Act (“OHSA”) grants authority to OHS inspectors, outlining their actions and limits.

Whether it’s a routine inspection, complaint investigation, work refusal, or accident inquiry, employers must understand their rights and obligations.

This seminar addresses the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and the Ministry of Labour Training and Skills Development’s role in managing workplace exposure to COVID-19.

Stay informed and empowered to navigate health and safety inspections effectively. Join us to learn how to comply with regulations while safeguarding your workforce.
